My client is a $multi-Billion company with operations in 25+ countries and a significant global footprint. They are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join an international Tax department. This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity, so candidates interested in this role, must be ready to start tomorrow!



Review and assist with management of international portion of quarterly and annual provision process

Manage US tax technical issues with global acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings including changes within European, Asia and S. American holding company structures

Heavy involvement with Canadian local provision process, compliance, audits and APA renewal

Review certain portions of US tax return in order to make sure transactions are properly reported

Provide technical support to US compliance group on provision and US tax compliance

Assist with local tax management of South American operations

Work with U.S. accounting and treasury groups to make sure tax initiated transactions are properly implemented and recorded

Preference given to candidates with strong Public Accounting Tax (BIG 4) and corporate experience. 3 - 5 years + specific tax experience required. Masters degree in Taxation, JD, and/or CPA preferred.
