Essential Functions of the AP/AR Analyst



Assist in review and reconciliation of the disbursement accounts in ERP system. This position will also monitor the credits coming into this account for AR.


Prepares forecast to Treasury on a monthly basis and updates forecast for AP weekly.


Under the direction of the AP Manager this position will perform the check runs in two AP systems. (SAP/CMI) This requires obtaining approvals from AP Manager and following up with AP Team lead on any issues.


Assist in the development of accounting policies and procedures. Identify and provide information and ideas that would increase the performance and accuracy of the Accounting records.


Responsible for daily verification of bank online treasury management and positive pay upload.


Works with internal/external audit to complete necessary audit requirements.


Responsible for research of all accounts payable outstanding checks which would include maintaining a database of all un-cashed checks, contacting staff and vendors, voiding and reissuing payments.



Assist the A/P group with special projects as assigned.


Must have minimum of 3 years in full cycle AP and AR position currently


Must know SAP, JDE/AS400


Must be analytical


Ability to work with large and multiple accounts


Intercompany transaction experience a PLUS
