Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is currently seeking an Financial Reporting Manager. The role will be responsible for leading the preparation of all externally distributed financial reports including the preparation of SEC forms (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 11-K, S-3, etc.) press releases, and information given to lenders, analysts, and others. This position will research new accounting requirements, establish technical accounting policies, and ensure compliance with SEC reporting and other technical accounting requirements. This position is also responsible for monitoring statutory reporting compliance by subsidiaries worldwide.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in external financial reporting, including experience in public accounting or extensive experience in technical financial reporting with large public, multinational company. CPA designation is required. They are seeking a strong leader with excellent communication skills who thrives in a high-growth environment. Strong command of technical accounting and SEC reporting requirements are essential.
