An online company is seeking a motivated customer service representative who can handle a lot of responsibility and multi tasking. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering all customers questions and concerns through email and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner. You will also need to transfer phone calls and take messages for other employees. You will also be required to take orders over the phone and enter them into the system either over the website or in Peachtree. After the orders have been typed in Peachtree you will also be expected to charge these invoices and mark them paid. You will also be responsible for making sure that all accounts receivables are up to date and paid. Also, handling all disputes through ebay and marking international orders shipped in our order processing program. All candidates should have some knowledge in computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Peachtree. It is also helpful to have some knowledge of skateboards and/or Ebay sales.
