Hello: My name is Nancy Neville and I am the owner of The Landlord School here in Michigan. Upon my retirement as a Landlord of 12 years (husband 30 years) I have decided to open up a Landlord School to help Investors, Landlords and Property Managers learn the ropes BEFORE they run into trouble!

My class is divided into two day sessions. Usually from 10am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday and the price is $150.00. (If I do a one on one class the price is $199.99).
