I have included a few questions that will help us provide a better qualified website proposal for you.


- Will this site be strictly informational or will it include an eCommerce shopping cart?
- Do you need logo design?

- How many total informational pages do you estimate to have? Please list the names of the pages as well if known; example - Home, About Us, Privacy Policy, Products, Services, Shipping Information, Photo Gallery, Contact Us, etc.
- Do you want any Flash components? Flash is moving words or graphics or a combination of both.

- Do you want additional graphics to be created for your site or will you be providing all the needed graphics?

- Do you need help in writing content for you site pages?
- Will you need hosting service for your website?

- Do you want a Content Management Tool on your site so you can make your own edits?

- Do you want your site to be submitted to the Search Engines?

- Do you want your site to be Search Engine Friendly so it is found easily in the Search Engines when someone does a search for your company, product or service you offer?

- Do you want your site Search Engine Optimized for the Search Engines so you can be found in the top positions instead of just a submission or listing?
- List any additional features you wish to include.(i.e. Blog, Streaming Video, Forum, Newsletter, Audio, Directory, Classifieds, etc.)
- List one or two reference sites which are similar in terms of functionality to what you are looking for.

- List one or two reference sites which are similar in terms of design style to what you are looking for.
- What is the timeline you are looking to have this completed by?

- What is the timeline you are looking to start this project by?
- Please attach any RFP or detailed outline you may have regarding your site requirements, if any.

- What kind of budget are you working with for the website project, maybe I can offer a few suggestions to help you during this process?

- What is a good phone number and times to reach you?
