Boxer - Large - Adult - Male - Dog - Valero Foster Need
Description
Meet Valero! He was found at a local Valero gas station where he had been hanging around. HFE has since taken him to the vet and he is now ready for his new home! He is living in a kennel right now because we don't have any available foster homes. A dedicated volunteer goes to visit him and has alot of great things to say. He loves people! He is learning how to walk on a leash; right now he thinks its a game! He grabs the leash and tries to walk himself! Valero appears to be a dominant male with other dogs. We feel a home without cats would be best. He will require someone with patience and willing to continue training him. He is curently enrolled in a training class at his kennel and learning everything he can do to be the best dog possible. He LOVES to play with his big rubber Jolly ball and chase after it. He will half prance and half run to try and catch it ,but then he's not sure what to do when he finally gets to it. Valero is just now learning how to play. He seems to be enjoying all of his new expierences. He is quite handsome in person. He weighs about 72lbs and has a nice brindle and white coat. Birthdate 07/01/07 Could you consider fostering Valero and showing him what it's like to live in a home with people to love? We do require a fenced back yard for all bully breeds.
