Joey is fostered in Allen Park, MICHIGAN. Age: 5years Color: Black/White Weight: 44lbs. Variety: Bench/Show-Bred This is Sir Joey, also known as Joey. He is looking for a loving family. Joey loves to be with his people. His hobbies include sleeping, walking, laying his head in your lap, and following you everywhere. His previous owner spent a lot of time working with him. Joey can sit prettily, shake, and even take a treat out of your mouth on command. He is good with kids, cats, and other dogs. Joey was even happy to be at the vet! Joey walks well on a leash after the first few minutes of excitement have passed. Joey has been crated in the past, but his behavior has been so good that he has freedom of the house while we are away at work, and he has had no issues. When we get home, we are always greeted with excitement and a good shake of a dog toy. Joey does have a few bad habits. He has been known to sneak food off the counter if you're not looking. He also likes to greet you with his paws. He doesn't jump; he just puts his feet up on you and leans. He would love to continue his training in his new Forever Home. Then he could be described as the perfect dog. Could you be the person to share a couch with this wonderful dog? He would make a wonderful foot warmer for the winter and a loving companion always.
