Jawood is looking for a Senior Process Specialist with knowledge of the NASCO CSR and related processes. The assignment is to work with NASCO to understand the new processes, and then, working with our client s personnel, define changes to processes for interfacing with NASCO.

As the changes are defined, training, communication, and deployment to an organization of several hundred personnel must occur.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to develop and deliver presentations on new processes to a diverse technical audience

Five years of experience defining and deploying new business processes

Two to three years experience in facilitating organizational change

Ability to define and execute against basic project plans
