As you know there are a lot of properties available on the market today in every price range. I mean from $1 to $5,000 and up. These properties are carrying a considerable amount of equity. What we are looking to find is investors or first time home buyers who are looking to take advantage of today’s housing market, but are nervous because they lack the expertise to bringing a property back to market form. That is where we come in either as a joint venture effort or simply a contractual role.
