Jawood is currently looking for a Senior Application Developer with strong knowledge of EDI ANSI X12 transactions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of 4010/5010 standards is a plus

Extensive understanding and experience in system development life cycle

Expert in all aspects of development and documentation of conceptual and system design

Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Strong background in Mainframe applications including COBOL, JCL and DB2

Background in Endevor, FileAid and Expediter is a plus

Strong background in Mainframe testing procedures including creation of test cases/scripts, creation of test data, and validation of test data

Knowledge of EDI ANSI X12 transactions - REQUIRED

Background in Gentran mapping is a plus

Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and Visio

Ideal candidate will have healthcare application experience
