Jawood has a new opening for a Systems Analyst to p rovide production support and maintenance for our client.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience working with Mainframe systems

Hands-on experience maintaining, resolving and communicating the status of production defects

Experience working on IT projects and meeting milestones and deadlines

Experience performing software testing, documenting and presenting the results to customers

General understanding of project phases

Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results

Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail

Ability to interact effectively with representatives at various levels

Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of health insurance company operating systems preferred
