Responsibilities:


- Lead the development and maintenance of multi-tiered applications that use .NET technologies such as ASP.net, C#, and MOSS with SQL Server.

- Gather and analyze requirements from internal and external clients, and then provide timelines and overall business/technology solutions to the problems.

- Create project plans and identify any project risks. Address all issues with a sense of urgency during all phases of the project.

- Drive system architecture development and planning.

- Provide technological innovation leadership to fellow employees and clients.Requirements:


- Must have a minimum of 8 years IT experience in the analysis, design, and development of web-based, multi-tiered applications and systems that use .NET technologies.

- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Share Point, .NET 3.x with WCF, WPF, WF development using C# and XML, and also with MOSS 2007 and WSS 2/3.

-IT project leadership/management experience, including the ability to communicate and work within a team-based environment to reach intended results.

- Must have experience leading at least 2-3 projects, preferrably in the eCommerce domain.

- Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.

- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience with ERP solutions.
