Director, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology needed to join a program in Michigan. Seeking a board certified candidate to join three experienced faculty in providing complete subspecialty services to the one-million population of southwest Michigan. Selected candidate will participate actively in clinical research at the national level. The well-established program offers comprehensive oncology, neuro-oncology, sickle cell, and hemophilia clinics, in addition to hypercoagulation, late effects, and adolescent/young adult care. Candidates should demonstrate a record of academic achievement at the local and national levels. Key qualities include leadership skills, strategic thinking, excellence in teaching and mentorship, delivery of compassionate care, and collegial professional interactions. A thorough understanding of clinical research, COG, and IRB regulations is essential.
