CeCe was found in a neighborhood being chased by two cats. She was rescued by a kind couple and brought to GLRS. She has a dislocated front paw, but it doesn't seem to bother her at all and she gets around just fine. She is a cute little girl who would love a home of her very own. Can you give it to her?
