SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders via UPS ground. Most orders ship within 4 business days providing all of the merchandise is in stock. Orders placed on the weekend are not processed until the following Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekend days or recognized holidays. Please contact us for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska. You must provide us with a physical address when placing your order. Delivery time varies according to location. Wheelstoreonline is not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our side. The only shipments which are delivered on Saturday are the upgraded service packages by UPS at an additional cost shipped next day air, second day air, and three day select. Please note that these packages also are the only ones which have a guaranteed delivery day. Tracking information will be sent via email within 48 hours of shipment.

How long before my purchase(s) is prepared for shipment?

How do I know that this unit is compatible with my vehicle?
Wheelstoreonline only sells OEM radios and navigations. Many units are interchangeable. Please contact your local dealer to confirm compatibility.
What kind of warranty comes with my radio/navigation?
This auction is for an untested radio. It is for parts or repair. We cannot guarantee or warranty this unit.
What does normal wear and tear mean?
Used items are never perfect. Small scuffs, scratches and imperfections ARE to be expected.
I do not have a credit card how can I place an order?
We also accept cash upon pickup. We will work with you to find an acceptable solution. Please call for details.
Do you install navigations/units?
No, we do not. However, we can refer you to a local company that can install your unit at a discounted rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally on a daily basis, call for details. International calls can be made to 1-734-686-4905.
Are items insured when shipped?
All purchases are insured up to $150 when shipped. Customers have the option and are encouraged to purchase additional insurance.
Is my unit brand new or used?
All products are clearly labeled with coded SKU’s. Please refer to the WSOSKU code definition guide above.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Saturday 10:00 - 6:00 pm EST
How are the packages shipped?
All items are shipped via UPS Ground and require a signature from the purchaser upon delivery. If the purchaser is not at the delivery address reattempts to deliver will be done a total of 2 times.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
One of our sales staff will contact you via email the same or next business day to confirm all aspects of your order. If we have not made contact with you, feel free to contact us at 734-686-4905 to process your order.
I'm a local customer, can I pick-up my purchase?
Wheelstoreonline is an internet store. Our warehouse is not open to the public. However, we do allow pick-up by appointment. Please contact us no later than 24 hours before desired appointment date.

TERMS OF SALE
We guarantee that our customers will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. However, while we try to describe items accurately things are often open to perception. Always feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you might have.

· Used merchandise is never perfect. Small scuffs, scratches and normal wear and tear ARE to be expected. We do our best to highlight small visible damage, but surface nicks and scratches are normal when buying used items.
• Customer takes on all liability for installation and fitment.
• Navigation DVD's are sold as is without warranty or guarantee.
• No refunds will be issued if navigation/radio is damaged during installation.
• If any part of your purchase is damaged or missing when received please let us know within 48 hours.
• Units have been tested and unlocked.
• Wheelstoreonline hereby expressly disclaims all responsibility for merchandise once after departure from the warehouse. Buyer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged wheels if shipping insurance has been declined.

RETURN POLICY
* All sales are final with the following exception
o Item is significantly not as described
+ Item may be refunded/exchanged at the discretion of Wheelstoreonline
o Item was received in error.
* The purchase price at time of sale is final
* All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to 20% (of total invoiced order) cancellation fee.
* This unit has been unlocked and tested. We guarantee that it will not arrive DOA and will continue to power up for the 14 day warranty period.
* Any shipment received in a condition different from the condition of the item at the time of sale will be charged 50% restocking fee of the total amount.
* No returns will be accepted without authorization from Wheelstoreonline. Once authorization is approved, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). The RMA is valid for 14 days ONLY. After the 14 day time limit, the RMA remains invalid.
* The customer is liable for all shipping cost when returning or exchanging an item to Wheelstoreonline unless the product was received in error or refused/damaged during shipping.
* On refused shipments customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to and from the customers delivery address, in addition a 20% restocking fee.
* Absolutely no refund or credit will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise until merchandise is returned and inspected.
* We do not accept any returned merchandise any later than 14 days for the date of purchase.
