As the creators of Proactiv® Solution, Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields revolutionized the treatment of acne. What they did for acne, they are now doing for Sun Damage. Their skincare line was sold in high end department stores until recently. It was the #1 selling dermatological skincare line in Nordstrom’s for five years. It is no longer available in stores and is represented by Independent Sales Reps nationwide. Rodan + Fields is now recruiting leaders to help them build an international distribution network. They are looking to build an executive leadership team as they launch their products and business across the nation.
This is a ground floor, hybrid direct selling business opportunity, and we are now seeking leaders to join our Executive Team.

* Minimum of 2 years professional experience with proven success

* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Sales experience a plus, but not necessary
