* Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing & outside sales from the healthcare or long term care industries.


* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population.


* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.


* Experience with public speaking a plus.


* Independent Living, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.


* Previous staff management experience preferred.
