Job Purpose:
Real Estate Franchise Sales, Training and Management
Duties:

Provides the necessary sales and management service and support; including but not limited to recruiting, listing, sales and marketing guidance.

Identifies potential franchise sales by targeting strong potential candidates; interviewing key potential candidates; analyzing and following up on opportunities.
*
Initiates sales process by building a sales pipeline by area/region, building industry relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments
*
Develops sales by making presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services
*
Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
*
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
