What is a preliminary business assessment?
The preliminary business assessment is a questionnaire we have developed to assist companies in finding out where they are in their developmental stage. It helps us in putting together an Opportunity Report, where we determine the current conditions of the business, structural and operational principles missing and required for reaching your goals, organizational obstacles to overcome, what's working as well as conditions to alter and new business routines to establish.

The assessment takes two hours and is very thorough. We go through 9 sections:
background, planning, financial management, structure and organization, marketing and sales, customer service, management, research and development and personal management.

3-4 weeks after the assessment we call you and set up a time to do the report. We do a webinar to go over the report together and you also get a digital copy of the report emailed to you. It is a customized report with actions to take in all areas of your business.
