MORE ABOUT THE GAME With a motorcycle derby theme and a sound track reminiscent of Mad Max, Motordome is fast paced and ready for action! The game features multiple ramps and raised mini-playfield with a single flipper to shoot the ball up into the ball lock.
Motordome is unique and features lots if great features including three jet bumpers, a spinner, a ramp diverter/gate and a wipe-out target in the center of the playfield! A third flipper on the main playfield allows players to shoot the ball through the spinner and back into the jet bumpers for a "Turbo Boost". And just like the game Space Shuttle, Motordome features a single drop target that must be knocked down before accessing the ramp to the upper level playfield.
You'll hear the roar of the engine building as players race around the playfield to collect points... all while this heavy bass "Mad Max" sound track is keeping pace. It's quite awesome! You'll also hear squealing tires, breaking glass and crash sounds all accompanied by the crazy blue flasher bulbs.
Motordome is really quite unusual in that this pinball machine allows you to actually choose multiple skill levels! On top of that, each player can choose their skill level and the machine will remember each players settings! Wow!! At the beginning of each game each player is prompted to choose their skill level... and game features such as the slingshots, yes the SLINGSHOTS can be turned on and off! Talk about creating a different game experience!! Perhaps this feature was created as a way for the game to appeal to more people by making it a little easier or more challenging. We think Motordome is a blast to play on EACH setting, and getting the top score for any of the skill levels is a totally unique challenge in it's own right!
