My name is Jennifer, I am married with two children, one girl age 9 and a boy age 8, we need help in finding financial help and with some food,
We were doing ok for about the last 7 years,
my husband had a decent job, We bought our first home in march 2003. It's Been rough at time's but we have always' managed to pull through with prayer and a little luck... Unfortunately we have fallen On extremely hard time's Due to a heart condition My husbandand has Not been able to work, We were living paycheck to paycheck and now have no income at all...He had paid for temporary disability insurance through his employer every week But they are denying his claim for no apparent reason.
we applied for assistance through Our state DHS But we were told it would be at least a month before we could even get our case looked at to Get Food assistance... I was wondering if there was a direction that someone could point us in for some relief...I have searched all over the Internet to find a program or something that could help our family in the area we live in to no avail,
we are not even able to afford the prescriptions my husband need's to help prevent a heart attack,
Our daughter is a special need's child that suffers from Galactosemia and she was able to receive SSI benefits for a brief time until they said my husband made too much money so they closed her case.
We have used nearly all of our food we had and have no income at this time to get any...we are two months behind on our mortgage and completely are out of options with Nowhere to turn for Help... we need an Idea of where to go or what to do...Please If you have any Idea that May be able to Help our family Let us know if not thanks for reading this and Please Pray for us...Thank's so much for any info, and taking the time to read this, God Bless.
